CCA (calls used to come from "Clifford O Barnes," "LOCOB," and "Law Offices of Clifford O Barnes," and other various unknown 800, 866, and 877 numbers... for "Josh." When an actual person does call, they are RUDE!! The last person (a man) screamed at me. I don't even know a "Josh" and live alone. These calls have taken place from July 2009 until today.... the last call was Sunday at 7:39 p.m. No one was there, just a recording. No one ever answers their calls. One helpful person on another list did provide a fax and mailing address (to me) and I sent a "cease and decist" letter ... which has obviously gone ignored.

These people are so arrogant, I have thought of changing my phone number. For the month of October 2010 - at least one call every other day, sometimes several calls in one day.

I've been receiving calls from a real JERK named "Keith Harris" from EOCCA. He says he's an agent of a Federal Government agency and has threatened if I don't meet his demands the Federal Government will sue me and take everything I own.

He has even called a friend's house several times....I stayed with her for the past few months. She has specifically told him to stop calling her home, that I don't live there.

He also changes his caller ID sometimes using the phone number "1234567890" or an "800" number or even no number displayed at all.

AN A-ONE JERK....

Called for my brother in law and were rude. I am on the no call list and they called anyway and I shouldn't be responsible for his bills

EOCCA is also using phone # 877-208-4176. They've called me three times today at work and LM only once. I tried calling back, but can not get answer.

this # 877-208-4176 called for someone that does not live at my address and they got my number show how and they keep calling me to talk to them. they are rude ... threatened me that if i did not give the persons phone number that I was breaking the law and i was in trouble. So they said i needed to give out that info right now. fear made me scream ... i could not take it any more ... these people are sharks ... who in the world are they ...

Collection call for verizon. Verizon owes me money because I OVER PAID. I tried to explain that and they said i need to dispute in writing. I said no chance I have a bill that shows they owe me. Then Erica says: "whatever sir...it will show up on your credit" and hung up. I called back and asked for a Supervisor. I was transferred to a voice mail. I left my message with my info and never got a call back. I called Verizon and they said no one here can see your account because of the holiday (President's day) I called back and stated who I was I got: "Hang on please..." I waited 10 minutes on an empty line. I have NEVER missed a payment. I am very upset over this and I can't do anything. Even if I wanted to dispute this, I have no idea where to send it because they hung up without giving me the info. Isn't there something that can be done about this company and their practices. I am outraged to be treated like this...Iike I am some dead beat that doesn't pay his bills. I literally am waiting for 31.99 to be sent to me from Verizon. Can anyone help?

This is a collection agency for Verizon wireless, and yes they were very rude, and pushy. refused to work with me, hung up on me, and I need to know where i can report them.

I have been called by a EOCCA 15 times. I have asked them not to call and they keep calling my home looking for a Tim Tibuluski which I don't know. I got upset, the girl hung up and when I called back to the supervisor Mr.Mcgonigle, he was just as bad as his employee. I AM FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERAL TODAY!

This company called my home looking for a girl that I never heard of. They left a message to return the call and have my number removed from there call list if I did NOT know the person. I returned the call and requested that my number be removed. When I asked the lady who was calling she got ignorant with me and insinuated that I must know the person or I would not care who called. When I asked to speak to a supervisor she got snotty. After a few choice words she hung up on me. Very upset, I returned the call and they hung up on me again. It took me five trys until I FINALLY got to speak to a supervisor. They were VERY ignorant and RUDE!!!!

Collection agency looking for my father-in-law, ended up calling MY brother and MY parents who have no relation or contact with my husbands family. Vague details and rude staff.
