Call often and don't respond or leave message

They called, funny that they call our landline and not the cell phone ...
Defin. not calling them back
Not Verizon they say they are from Verizon but it is a lie. Don't call back the number they give you call Verizon independently they will tell that number is not theirs. Don't give them ANY information it is a scam!
Number is from Verizon's customer account call center. They are calling to offer phone or account upgrades. Talked to a lady today (11 March 2016) that was pretty nice.
