5-11-17 had a call from 877-283-8354 who said they are from Yahoo Tech Support.

They just called me and said that 7 computers and 4 iPhones were connected to my wifi. They asked if I connected them and I said yes, I did. The idiot sounded annoyed and then hung up.

Spammers, block their calls, they are a waste of time

IF YOU KEEP PICKING UP THEY WILL KEEP CALLING. YOU KNOW THEY ARE CRUD BAGS SO WHY ANSWER?

These are the most recent phone numbers used by the Indian scammers.
They have been calling me for over 2 years ever since I purchased my Dell computer and had it serviced by home visit under warranty, and there are too many numbers to list them all.

They are Indian scammers impersonating Dell tech support calling you to try to get you to let them access your computer to install virus on your computer and then they will offer to sell you "repair" program to remove the virus they installed.
They have info for your name, home address, email address along with computer model and service tag because
Dell server was hacked or these are the criminal lowlife Indians employed by the Dell outsourced tech Dept. in India.
Legitimate calls from Dell are only to return a customer's phone call. Dell never calls a customer out of the blue.

Just received a call from Steve Thomas (fake name) with Geek Security. Told me I had 5 computers and 2 IPhone connected to my internet. I asked what service, was also told we purchased it with our computer. When I asked what computer he said Windows 7. I said Windows 7 is an operating system not a computer. He wanted me to get in front of my computer and key in an IP address, I absolutely refused.

Stated they were from Norton... said my Norton was deactivated by someone other than me on my windows computer... wanted me to check it. Didn't fall for it!

SCAM! They called me and told me that last night I had 5 laptops and 5 computers using my internet. And that I shouldn't log in to my facebook because the people using my internet can get my info from facebook lol. This doesn't even make any sense and I asked what company they're calling from to see if they even know what internet I had, and they were like "We're calling from the protection program that you got when you bought a computer"... uhhh bish, I never bought any computer. The one I'm using was a gift from my boyfriend. Stupid. They even called me during work and asked me to go to a computer ASAP. and I'm like "I can't I'm freaking at work. Idiot." Annoying. I hung up.

Again - why don't these crooks wisen up and stop using callers with Indian accents!!! I pretended to be interested and asked that he call back at "my other number" - The non-emergency number to Police!
