They claim to be long distance department of Verizon
Student Loans and a person who was denied a student loan.This has been going on for a couple months. I have asked repeatedly for them to stop calling and they say ok, then they just change numbers and call me from a different number. I have saved some of the messages on my cell phone.

robo-calls daily, instantly hangs-up on own call, and company refuses to give a reason or stop.
