Received call from a man with a strong accent. He didn't seem to know what to say. Finally began claiming to be from Hotmail,com. Stated I had been using their network. I told him not to call this number again and hung up

Caller claimed to be from Cox Communications with help about an old email account. I called back 1 hour later and he said it was Dell computers
