I clicked on a link on face book when a window came up telling me that I needed to call this number as there was a virus on my computer, not to shut down my computer, then I could not leave the page. They said I needed to have my computer cleaned out. In the process it took almost 12 hours, cost me 500.00 dollars, and they really messed up my operating system. The name they used was Niten and Shey, Aamer B Ahmed. Later I found out from Dell is was a scam, so I reported them to the Federal Trade Commission (1-877-382-4357). Got a reference number, then I called my credit card company and told them what happened. They put in a dispute, and gave me my money back. I blocked the 3306-1 800-400-1925 number from my cell, now they are calling the house phone. I do not answer. There is the Federal Trade Commission number you can put in a complaint on them and get your money back with a case number.

888-400-1925 is False tech support scam. They claim we called them for support. HUGE PC scan / support SCAM. They sell scanning software and support packages for $$$. Popups on our PC, stating Microsoft contacted this company to help "clean" my PC. Microsoft does not do that.

I called them because of the problem with my computer. Initially i was suspicious but later on they gave me all the possible ways to communicate with them. I think they have the potential because my MAC works great now.... Thank You support surf....

They are thieves. They put a malware on your computer. A number to call shows up. Then they charge you to put it out.
