TACS (aka Transamerica Consumer Services) is a fraudulent entity. They have telephoned numerous times in the past 24 hours with coercive, harassing, and intimidating tactics. Don't give in! Make a complaint with the FTC and your State Attorney Generals office. I'm taking this to the FBI as well. The number they used against me is 8884235940.

They call everyday and don't leave a message when I don't answer. If you're reading this call them back and have fun with them. After 10-15 callbacks from my phone and then my wife's they got the hint. They claim they are a collection agency and each caller will answer the phone as "TACS" and have some variant as a tag line. One person actually said "Transamerica Consumer Services". It's obviously bogus but leading them on wastes their time or if you want to blow off some steam then call in angry. Don't cuss that's automatic disconnect. I have excellent credit and no dings so I don't have past due bills. I know the person they were calling me about, funny they actually haven't called said person nor does that person have any credit/payment issues.

Yes they called me and my mom and told my mom I was going to get in trouble I told her to not give any information because I have no debt and when I call back it just rings and rings

They called my cell phone and left no message. I googled this number and found out it is a scam. I did not pick up phone . It was 1-888-423-5149 and said United States.

False accusation & attempt to intimidate . Recited a last 4 of someone's social . Plan to notify Law Enforcement !
