The automated call has a claim number. The name on the recording is not mine but the cell phone is. I told them to take my number from the list.

BLOCK THESE CLOWNS IMMEDIATELY!!! This "TAC" group, Trans Amercian blah blah blah, are a bunch of scammers from the Caribbean. Other callers on other sites report that the scammer will tell them they owe a debt and then proceed to get them to pay it all or settle for half...LMFAO!! Lol! Yeah right. When the other callers ask for proof of the debt, the scammer gets all flustered...my elderly Mother got a call today from this number on her cell phone. Really? Not even the house phone?? HAHAHA! They profess to be debt collectors. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! Love how they try to rip us good people off around Christmas...that's just so wrong.

These people call me EVERYDAY from 210-570-9490, 210-571-1008. Company name is TACS. Won't give any information yet they say they have a claim against me. They are so annoying!

I use to get these calls and now over the past few days they have resumed ( from 855-904-7781) with the same theme ...that I owe a payday loan which I never took out and now they are calling my business line. I refuse to respond because they get you by scare tactics. They obviously do not have any valid information or you would be getting the information by mail, not by voice mails. I am also reporting them

I got call on 12/8/16 live operator saying they need to confirm the last four digits of my social security number,and asked if I am related to Isaiah who is my son I said yes. then she said its is an attempt to collect a debt for JB Marketing that I made in 2013 a payday loan. I told the women I never lived in Arizona in 2013? So i need all the information of the company who i made the loan with and the address they hanged the phone up and said my account is no longer in this office.Their phone number are 210-503-1458.I told them to fuck off scammers.i checked the website for JB Marketing and its a residence for someone in Phoenix Arizona I notified the owner of the number that his number is on a fake website I strongly suggest he has it removed it will be tracked right back to him.

they call everyday 2 or 3 times a day my landline my home phone they say they have a claim number i tell them to send it in mail they tell me they cant. then they call my moms number who lives with me 2 or 3 times a day every day she is elderly and answers then tells her they are goinfg to have me arrested it scares her she is not in good health cant there be something done about this they call under 3 or 4 different numbers

Same company call me also. call saids my name if not hlalng up. Leave message, number and claim number. Call all the timeask me to call 855-904-7781. I call back and finallly got a person would not tell me what they wanted until i verified my social. I said no. Would not tell me anything else. I told them you are a scam and i have reported you to the police dept.. Am going to report TACS to BBB agency

I've gotten two calls from a 210 area code. They are looking for someone related to me and stating they have a claim. Scam and harassment as they call everyone related to this person. I believe this is the same case as 6 months ago. Calls finally stopped when my sister got ahold of a live person and threatened to report.

Claimed I owed money from a pay day loan I never applied for

This is a scam ring posing as a debt collection agency called "Trans-American Consumer Services." They claimed that I took out a payday loan in 2013 that is still outstanding. The address that they cited is one that I lived in around 2009, so why would I have put that on a loan application in 2013? Anyway, I've never taken out a small consumer loan. I googled the name of their "agency," and it appears that they call from several different numbers.

Calling leaving the same claim number as I see being left in the comments below. Also calling family members looking to contact me

Every single day they call....they have some stupid claim number. It's always a recording...can't get through to a real person. How do you make them stop????

Saying you owe a payday loan and trying to get info from you. They call from 210-634-3926 then tell you to call 866-487-8320 which you can't get through at all. Scam

called me at one number. wanted a call back at a different number. Wish there was a way to stop this from happening!!!!

I redialed last number called although the 855 904 7781 number was given. The direct number was 210-598-8838. I spoke to Sherika at extension 44. We are a place of business and I have told them 3 times the person they are looking for does not work here.
