Received a call today, regarding a survey, hung up after 1 minute.
This call came through without any identification as to who they are. I did talk to DTE but wasn't advised to expect a follow-up survey.
DTE customer service satisfaction survey after a customer contacts DTE regarding their account/services to rate how the rep took care of your problem. If unanswered, may call again for you to opt out/refuse the survey, or to complete the survey.
We receive calls from this number regularly. CID reads "TOLL FREE CALL." There's always a message left: "Are you calling about a residential or business account?" which is repeated several times. Never thought about it being a DTE survey, but most recent call was shortly after I had called DTE for an update on their progress toward resolving a 4-figure billing error.
