Yup, you guessed it… Sam called me again today about switching back to Verizon. Today I finally decided to take the call and talk to Sam. He was surprisingly pleasant and insightful. We talked for about 10 minutes and he sent me over a quote via fax showing me the current Verizon rates with the Verizon logo on the letterhead. I checked with Verizon who confirmed that Americom is indeed one of their platinum partner solution providers who is contracted to contact customers on their behalf. Now that I feel safe with who he is I am seriously thinking about moving ahead with the switch.

Got a call from “Sam” about 2 weeks ago who said he was a “Verizon solution provider” wanting to switch my services back to Verizon from frontier. I have been dissatisfied with frontier lately and decided to give Verizon a shot since they own the land lines here anyway. Sam was courteous and kind and everything he said has been true. I’ve been switched back with Verizon now for about a week and I couldn’t be happier with the level of service he has was given me. My calls sound clearer and my internet has less hiccups. Sam has done an outstanding job and I highly recommend him as a personal rep for Verizon services.
