Call mi now

I just hung up on them, also said they were from Verizon fraud, I called Verizon and they said no activity on my account, but they would flag my account

They call my number out of the blue, left no message

This number called my cell phone and said that the were from Verizon’s fraud department and needed to confirm that I had placed an order for three iPhones. They started asking me “verification questions” and I started getting bombarded with texts with various codes. He kept having me call the codes out to him for “verification”... Then I got a message from Verizon saying a payment had been made on my account with my debit card. The guy I was talking to said he saw a payment come through and asked if I had done that. I said no, he then said he needed my PIN with Verizon to verify my identity. I told him I thought this was all suspicious and that I’d just hang up and call Verizon myself. Turns out it was someone trying to hack my account posing as Verizon and getting the authorization codes from ME.

Caller stated I made a claim for a
replacement phone which I did not ,then gave me a different number to call.
