If this is comcast/spectrum, I have already sent a letter asking for you to cease this activity. I buy what I want, when I want. You waste your resources by harassing me. This isn't a "nuisance:" it is a health hazard by creating stress in my life. It also uses up my minutes with silent messages.
There are too many machines out there now. It is impossible for me to keep up. I am now a prisoner because I won't answer my phone anymore unless there is a name. I thought the FCC & FTC made it a federal offense to let machines make calls. Well, a cop can shot anyone they want and get off but to enforce a calling machine federal law. Must not be important.
