888-977-2060 called my cell and left a message. They said they were calling from Verizon Wireless and said my two devices on my account were at the end of there 2 yr agreement and that I needed to call them to continue service. I have been with Verizon Wireless for over since Alltel sold out to AT&T and NOONE has ever called me to tell me my account was at its 2 year limit or to tell me I needed to update my devices to keep their service unless I called them and was waiting for a return call and then they would make "suggestions" on how to best utilize my Verizon account. I believe this call was a scam. I contacted Verizon through online chat and they claimed that the only way I should be getting a call is if I signed up for it, and if I hadn't (which I never would) it was probably a scam.

I have been with Verizon Wireless for over 15 years and NO one has ever called me to tell me my account was at its 2 year limit or to tell me my plan is outdated, unless I called them and was waiting for a return call and then they would make "suggestions" on how to best utilize my Verizon account. I believe this call was a scam but when I told her I would make changes on line if necessary she backed down. She was never aggressive but just very weird.

239-984-0822 called office mid morning. no one there. I refused to say my greeting a second time to see if someone was there. I really have no time to stop what I am doing to answer a call that is looking to sell us something or trying to get info from us.
