When they ask if you can hear them ok, they want you to say "yes" so they can play that "yes" back later if you ever tangle with them in court. They will take it our of context as your affirmation for whatever garbage they've gotten you into. Never say "yes" when on the phone with a telemarketer. If they say "can you hear me ok?" the answer is "I can hear you." (Assuming you don't just hang up like I do.)

Cruise crap

You all do realize when you answer a telemarketer call your number is automatically added to a list they maintain and sell to other companies. If you don't recognize it, don't answer it. If it is important they will leave a message. If you answer it, be prepared to get more from other sources.

Free cruise to bahamas

Robo call from this number this morning at about 9:00. I listened while I was told I had been selected to receive a free Fla Vacation. All I had to do was pay for the rental car, $295 to receive the vacation. And, of course, they wanted a credit car number right a way for the rental car payment. Sounded like a scam to me.

These people have been pesterin' me for weeks I am on the DO NOT CALL REGISTERY, and have reported this number several times.

901-237-1519 called my home line (and I'm registered on the DNC list) and because I live in TN and recognized the AC as Memphis I answered. The second I said "hello" the robocall started with "hi, this is Tim calling from customer service, can you hear me alright?" and BEFORE I could say another word "Tim" says "good" and started in with telling me they see where I stayed recently but was not offered my free 3 day weekend. NEVER once mentioned where he was calling from or where I had stayed...I never said one word during the "conversation" but just hung up. I will be going online and making sure I am still registered with the DNC lists!

They/it called on my skype-in, which only exist for my appalachian hill-billy US friends... Answered in danish. Once past the "machine" this caused some confution heheeee

I have received this call before that I had won Bahama Vacation. I have this blocked with my call blocker but they got through anyway. Call blocker gave the number as 202. and the number as 901-237-1519. Don't understand how they can get through T-LOCK BLOCKER.

Says you've won a cruise

Called at 11:33 a.m. 4/22/15 Said I had won a free Bahama cruise. I hung up and blocked the number on my iPhone.

They called me about an hour ago. Noon or so their time. I live in Tennessee and knew the area code was Memphis, so I andwred. Said hello 3X no response. Hing up. Called back, said its verizon and disconnected. 4/20/15

Answered, and got nothing in response. Obvious robocall.

This number called me today. When I answered, they hung up.
