The call begins "Hello, this is Rachel at cardmember services.." and proceeds to advertize credit at lower interest rates. This company, whatever it is, keeps changing their number and calling, always with the same message. I have complained before.

Lower interest rates, call now, and very demanding, threatening, etc. Expressed urgency to call now or press 1 to speak to a representative who is standing near by or something like that. The message was forceful!!! My number is listed on the do not call registry.
