Told me to press "1" to speak to a live agent. I pressed "1" and told the agent to remove my name and number from their call list. The person hung up immediately without saying a word.

They claimed to be able to lower my credit card level and said they were with my credit card company. When asked which one, they hung up. I did not have an opportunity to inform them I was on national do not call registry.
