The phone number is not even assigned. That makes you wonder why it's even allowed in the system. If a number doesn't exist then how is it allowed to make phone calls?
It's an automated service claiming to be Amazon fraud department. They claim to have monitors a purchase of an iPhone on one's account then try to put you through to a fake care representative to steal your information

Claims to be RBC (Royal Bank Of Canada), claiming to be security division and detection of multiple failed login attempts on ones online account. Tries to put you through to a fake security rep who tries to philsh your information from you in order to hijack your account and steal critical identity info as well as steal your money.
Automated service claiming to be Amazon customer service. Claims an I-Phone worth a random amount has been charged to one's account and they have suspended the transaction because it appears to be suspicious. It then tries to put you through to a fake rep with attempts to philsh sensative customer details from you in an effort to commit fraud and identity theft
