Unknown caller, disconnected when I answered.

I let the first message play until it said "Press 9 to be permanently removed from our calling list". So I pressed 9 and they hung up. Today I got a different recorded call from the same number. Seems this would be some kind of FCC violation since I was able to explicitly declare I do not what more calls. The number is obviously fake and the company is not identified. What can be done in these situations?

Yes, this call came with a recording that said I won a trip to the Bahamas for two, if I completed a short survey. The recording did not say who the caller was. The message cycled twice and then clicked off.
