the second time they called left message and number to call to do Verizon survey but when I called said having technical difficulty, so there is a problem with this

Yes, it is Verizon. They left a message asking to call back to answer survey about my experience with customer service, which I did experience earlier in the day.

I believe the persons making these unwanted calls are the very ones who say they can stop the calls.It's all about making big bucks from dupes.

Why would I answer another unknown call if I just checked on an unknown call that was spam and potentially harmful to me? If it is a survey from Verizon they should let us know they are calling.

Calm down. Verizon is calling because {you} phoned them re-your service. They are calling to check if your customer service representative was helpful-polite etc. It's just a {good} robo call.

Got a call from this number, it read as California and I did not answer. Agree with those below, this was right after I did get assistance from Verizon Customer Service so it must have been a customer satisfaction survey. They should make sure it has a caller ID saying it is them. Duh!

I agree they should say WHO they are so I will pick Up I do not answer calls from numbers I don't know--and if you cant leave a message to let me know who you are then quit calling my phone

Got a call from this number. It is a satisfaction survey from Verizon & I did just talk with them today about billing questions. Interestingly enough, My call-blocking app labeled it as a fraud, with the name "Johnny Smith" listed!

From comments it says Verizon customer service. I WOULD have answered the call if it said 'Verizon customer service' as I just spoke to them and wanted to praise the gal I talked to for a full 10 minutes!
