Do not know why I received this call. No name, no message. It is not a legitimate number.

916-589-8603 and 916-589-8602 is Verizon's Customer Service Survey. I've received phone calls from both #'s soon after talking to a rep.

This appears to be a legit Verizon Wireless customer feedback survey.

Keeps calling over and over...

I didn't answer. The comments here are confusing. Is it a legit # or not?

I was called by this number and person identified himself as a Microsoft Technician to inform me my computer was contaminated with a virus... That's as far as he got before I hung up on him. An obvious phishing scam!

The number should say Verizon or Verizon Survey I did not answer but called back and did take survey. CS was rated # 10 in my view but Verizon should identify with caller ID to the number Thank yo

This is not Verizon, it is a foreign entity trying to steal your identity. Hang up the phone immediately, block call, do not dial 99 or any other number they ask you to dial, go on the Verizon website and add the number to your block caller list.

I don't mind taking a survey, but when they call me with an automated msg saying "this" call is not using my minutes but to complete the survey I am supposed to call a different number, the red flags go up. First, it is kind of rude to ask me to help you out and then tell me I have to jump through hoops to do so. Second, why do I suspect that, unlike their call to me which isn't using my minutes, when I call the number they referred me to probably will charge against my minutes. Can you say "scam?" If you want to survey me, be polite. Call, offer the survey and guarantee no charges and then ask the questions.
