Evan 540961. Where you will be prompted to enter your 10 Digit Reference # . Once again the number to call is 1-800-754-0961 and the reference number is 828-329-8411.

Claim to be from Verizon about bill. On my caller ID, it is saying State Employee. First call notated I would pay my bill Friday. Verizon said it was notated. My question is, why is the caller ID showing a different name??
