I got a recorded voice saying that owning money to the IRS is a serious problem, and asking me to press 1 for help. I didn't press 1 and I don't owe money to the IRS.

New York #.missed call, the only calls i Get from ny are scam and spam.
Asks for you to hit 1 to be put on do not call list
All that does is confirm the number is active. Do not call it back and never press anything buttons
