I received a call from this number 10 minutes after calling Verizon to report a bogus number that hung up on me. Neither had an ID. I did not answer the second call. I blocked both numbers. If these are legitimate Verizon numbers they need to show that in caller ID.

Called twice, left one message & it sounded like a computer that malfunctioned. Very annoying to get these calls every time you contact customer service at Verizon. If they want a survey, send an e-mail instead. Then you would have the option of doing it or not.

Got a call from (949) 286-3973 at 11;46 a.m. this morning - wnet directly to my voicemail . . . the very long message was bad "hold" music. I called the number back and heard a recording that said "This number is no longer carried by Verizon, please call" and it left some "800" numer - I had no intention of calling it back.
