It is just a short servay takes less than 5 minutes to fill it out Verizon is trying to improve customer service been with Verizon over 3 years best phone company i have ever been with they beat sprint andAT&T by far and their coverage is unbeliveable

Received this call after reporting another number to Verizon to block...I did not answer and googled to find out where this number came from and to my surprise it appears Verizon is the culprit according to the list of people who have received calls after talking to Verizon...

SMART of YOU, I do the same, block the number with a nasty name I give it and a ring tone different from caller numbers I know.

I called customer service and almost immediately got a call from this number. I will not answer a number I do not recognize and with an area code different from mine. According to this site, it is a survey call?? What the heck?? Inappropriate!
