Annoying "jerks" from verizero. They should spend more time improving their service and less time making follow up annoying calls.

Got this number twice, first time no message, second time message was from Verizon as a follow up to my experience with customer support earlier in the day.

I called VW *611 to report a problem with my phone and a few mins after the call was disconnected mid call. I'm guessing it was VerizonWireless trying to call me back, but I was on another phone with them.

I just had a similiar thing happen. I called the 800 number for Verizonwireless and a couple minutes later my cell phone rang with 949-286-3973. I did not anwer it since I had no idea who it was. Maybe it's some sort of follow up on customer satisfaction from your contact with them.

They never left a message and called twice in a row. The second time I picked up and didn't say anything. They never responded after 5 seconds so I hung up. This gives credence to the notion that it's a Verizon telemarketer or survey dialer.
