Received call from 956-857-3060, man with heavy foreign accent said his name was Joseph and tried to tell me my WIndows 7 program was not updating and I had problems. Wanted me to press the WIndows Desktop Key and letter R at same time. Then was going to give me something to type in there. I told him my computer was running just fine and had been getting all updates from WIndows regularly & automatically. Asked if I could call him back after I checked it out with Microsoft and he gave me this 800 number to call back. Both numbers have been previously reported as SCAM. BEWARE!!

Man with a heavy accent, called and told me there is a problem with my computer. I asked him for the ID number as I have several computers. He would not give me the number. He kept wanting me to get on one of my computers, and then talk me through something. I told him there was something wrong with this request, and hung up. I noticed a lot of background noise, like a telemarketing boiler room...Got to be a scam! I've been on hold for hours trying to get customer support (Dell, Microsoft, etc.)...can't imagine they would suddenly start calling me!

This man called me and asked me to put Reventvwr in my computer and all I did was wright it down on paper and the man said he was calling from windows and for me to click on the windows button and that a screen would pop up so I can see what was wrong with my computer. There isn't anything wrong with my computer I don't use Microsoft windows in the first place on my computer. I laughed at him and told him that this is a scam and hung up. Don't fall for this scam! he just wants access to your computer security that way he can hack your banking information and anything else you might have. sick people out there trying to screw up someones computer.

Thick Indian accent male named Alex said he was calling about my computer, I told him I didn't have a computer, he's like not even a laptop? Nope I don't have either. said he was connected to the wrong number. Googled the number after they called 3times from Texas to find out the scam :-)

A person with a thick accent stated they were calling about my computer not updating for the past 2 weeks and if I was aware of it. I told him I don't use my computer. He said my computer would crash if it didn't update and do I want that to happen. I told him I wasn't worried about it. It seemed to catch him off guard and he didn't know what else to say so I hung up.

They call and say you have a problem with updates on your computer. They refuse to answer how they know that or how they got your number. They insist over and over to get on your computer to "fix the problem". I asked them specific questions which they could not or refused to answer. This leads me to believe they know nothing about me, they are just calling phone numbers trying to find someone dumb enough to listen to them and do what they say. Btw my Windows updates are working just fine. Call the number back and you get an automated message saying they will remove you from their database..... Which they don't. THIS SCREAMS SCAM.

Keeps calling my business and hanging up in my ear. Calls 5 to 6 times per day, everyday.

caller (guy with heavy Indian accent, so I missed the name)says that my computer is not responding to updates and I need to confirm a number by me giving it to him.. umm no, this is a scam do not answer!!
