The caller said my number was selected for a special promotion of a free wireless security system. Last week I spoke with my current security company about a wireless system and last week was also the first time my current security system was given my cell number. I find it suspicious that I am now recieving this call. The caller did not know my name and in fact asked me to pronounce my name. When they asked I said I already have security system in place. They accurately named my current security company and when I asked how they knew that were very quick to get off the phone, no longer interested in answering any of my questions. I didn't realize until she asked me to pronounce my name that they never actually said my name when they called. They kept asking if I was the home owner.

Was trying sell home security but I informed them that they are not to call me as I'm on the DoNot call List and hung up Same person called back again 15 minutes later with the same pitch

The Gresham OR Call # 971-2201753 was trying to promote some kind of security system. I Think. I could not understand the caller as she had a very heavy foreign accent. The second # no one was available and no message was left on cell phone or home answering machine. I did not begin getting these types of calls until recently and I have been registered for over 3 years with the national registry for my cell phones.
