Caller said he was from Dell. Name was Alex. Said computer is not receiving updates and he wanted to check on it. Said no and hung up.

I got call too. This Alex is Scam artist.

I just got a call from an Alex who claims he is a Dell Representative. He said my email address and wanted me to verify it.. I would not. When he asked me to get on my computer I told him no, I was busy and would have to call him back. He gave me his call back number 978-515-0244. He sounded like he was from India or Pakistan in a telemarketing room.
