IRS Scam. The voice mail was tape recorded and the officer answered the call had a slight Indian accent.

I received a call front 979-200-7407, this was a record message say that I have to call then back this is regarding RIS Wend I call back Officer Cooper Tall me that I old money and I have to make a payment with then if not I will have to go to court I inform him I can' make a tape now but I can make some tape of agreement he said I have to make a payment o if not they will come to arrest me so I give him my job Address because I can't not make that payment.
