Hearn, Tx rec'd 4/5/19 @10:28AM recorded message about rec'd legal activity regarding my SS# and Driver's License & have blocked my SS#. Didn't answer caller but allow voice mail to be recorded. This is a Spam caller so don't answer if you rec. such caller.
