I was contacted twice by this man telling me the sheriff's department was going to show up at my house to arrest me if I did not give him a credit card number that minute. He said he has pulled my records in my residing state and that he is filing a case against me. His sense of urgency is off the hook becuase he will not let you get off the phone, will not tell you any of his personal information and wants you to just hand him a cc # for some money that was never borrowed. I almost believed him! I don't know how he got my infomation by nothing he provided was accurate. I am turning him into my local protection agency.

THis man called me telling me the loan amount was 400 and that we could settle in court for the fees and amount due of 636. He told me that a sheriff would come to my job, with an arrest warrant and court documents on tomorrow. I told him that I wanted to speak to someone else, and he said he would find out if the head attorney could talk with me. Jason Keebler is supposedly the head attorney.

This person called telling me that he was from The State Attorney General office and was demanding payment of 400.00 usa to him for a Loan I DID NOT not take out from Cash Advance in 2011. I spoke to an Officer Graham at the freeport Texas police department who told me that this person is calling all over and demanding always the same amount of Money $400.00 to avoid being caught and charged this man always asks for anything under 500.00 because anything over 500 is considered Grand theft. I have also spoken to the victim department at The Texas State attorney General office and was told he is being sought. I have just tried to call him back and he did not answer the phone but has an answering machine stating he is the state attorney General office.. He is NOT! This person has a very heavy accent and was rude and started talking very broken english. I contacted the State Attorney General office and the Freeport Texas police department and they are aware of him and his Number is a spoof number and possibly a throw away phone.
