The pre-recorded message (it keeps changing every week) states that I have won money from Verizon Wireless. Thank god I use my smart head and called Verizon Wireless and they said it's a scam and report it.

Two calls back-to-back. Left a Voice mail the second time. Listening to it sounded like gargle with a accented voice saying something about 5 minutes or something. Like calling or going to a website.

There was no Country Code, so I assume it was through an American line.

200 dollars off my next Verizon bill. The message directed me to visit www.vz200.com The end of the message stated "At Verizon, we care about you." It immediately clear to me that the caller did not actually represent Verizon Wireless.
