Recorded message that Microsoft can no longer help people with technical support. Wanted me to call them back and give info to get a refund

Same call i have received from multiple numbers—going out of business and can no longer protect my computer. Call 833 709-0676 to get my refund. Never mention the name of the business. Have called three times today.

The caller claim you have a refund $300. However you have to gave them remote access to your computer so they can change your password and setting.
