Telemarketer trying to sell the service of filing for gov. grants. This guy calls 4 or more times per day. If you call back you get a recording saying you have reached customer service. Gives you the option of removing your number from their calling list. I doubt it will work, merely confirms to them that there is a live person on the other end.

Recorded message asking me to call (651) 295-1274 to speak to a live person. Called original number but got voicemail.

Calls multiple times per day, lets it ring more than 10 times if you don't answer. Finally did, and got nothing but a recording, that announced the availability of new HD service I already signed up for weeks ago. I waited for a salesperson so I could complain, but after the message it simply hung up.
