Received a call this morning stating the same thing (that the IRS has filed a lawsuit against me). I knew it was a scam, but I called the number just to see exactly what the crook was going to ask for, i.e., personal info, money, etc. I couldn't hardly understand his foreign accent, but when I told him I was reporting him to the Attorney General, he immediately hung up. I immediately filed an complaint with the Attorney General's office.
