Got thru to voice mail when already blocked

SOME how they get thru to voice mail, even tho call blocker blocks the call.

Oh how I would like to find out where they are. I would visit them regardless of the location.

Caller rattles off about Federales, in spanish.

Offers 250K loan, caller ID shows unavailable & somehow they can get to voice mail to leave a message.

The billing company for this hospital is the worst in the world! Double bill, triple bill, take forever to post payments & during this time they call you to pay the bill. Never ever been slow or late, even offer to pay the $15.00 at time of service, but nooooo they want to bill you.
