Caller had a strong foreign accent. He asked if I was having problems with my service and wanted me to stay on the phone to talk with his manager about new promotions. I explained that I was currently on contact with a promotion with AT&T. I told him I didn't have time to talk and didn't want a callback. The number doesn't match AT&T customer service line.

States don't hang up. They have info on pain relief knee or back brace that I requested. I didn't request info and don't need pain relief.
