Enhance Recovery Company LLC; has many complaints Nationwide for Fair Dept Collection violations, this is one mention of them from BBB in Florida. They have Centers NATIONWIDE.

(330) 400-2859/ ERC called on 3x's in SAME week, no messages left. Dates and times Recieved calls from posted number

Called back the number after 4pm 10-31-15; States company is ERC. Does not indicate company's business, foreign sounding agent answers line. I ask for a DNR. States they are trying to reach ( actually gave me 2 individuals names that were not mine) stated they are a Medical Billing Recovery Services Company. Gave second request for a DNR agent then asks id I am ( provides a 3rd person's name.) At this point I ask for their supervisor stating violation of HIPPA and Fair Dept Collection regarding giving out individuals names without verification of whom they ( AGENT) was speaking to. If they are legit, they need to retrain agents! BEWARE; filing complaint with Ohio ATTY Gen's office for this number as a SPAMMER/ or for Non compliance of Fair Dept Collections act. My suggestion, block this number if you are getting repeated calls from them and file with your States Atty General's office.
