This number is a faked number and is actually a non-assigned Verizon wireless number.

29prime used to be "Your Local Merchant" http://www.29prime.com/contact/ lists contact info, but your best bet is to FAX (your complaint in writing) to (949) 777-6616 or (949) 480-0727 The http://www.29prime.com/dnc.html does not seem to work at all, and neither does the "Press 2 to be added to our Do Not Call list." on the pre-recorded message.

The business itself is crud. They find you on Google in the first place!

Prerecorded Message, I personally talked with their operator and she said I would be removed from their list..
