Voicemail left by Shannon on behalf of Humana Ins. Said if I have any questions about coronavirus to call back @ 18004914164. Problem 1) I changed my number with Humana to avoid these calls over 2 years ago. The number they called is not the # they have on my current records. Problem 2) The callback # is not Humana. Problem 3) They will in the future offer a visiting nurse. There's articles online about this tactic. Humana pays nurses or retired drs to visit you (incl travel, hotel, car rentals) -because they care and all that BS- then they fake reports they submit, claiming that you have conditions that you DON'T have so CMS pays Humana more for your care for conditions you don't have. Humana gets a set amt per month for each diagnosis they can saddle upon you. CMS caught them doing this so Bottom Line: Always view calls like this as a SCAM! This info is easily found online if you want to source it.

Humana Matrix calling to schedule annual report from visit nurse. Good for those who don't see doc regularly, but for one of us who go yearly or more, it's a waste of time.

Humana Medicare nurse. Doesn't give a damn that numerous times since 2012 I've asked them to leave me the hell alone. They often call several times an hour, leaving the same vm. I'm now going to file a harassment lawsuit and urge others to do the same.

Damn pain in the ass Humana calls and they are idiots. If we needed their help we would call. They bother senior advantage members on average twice a week. This is harassment. It is not about bills or payments. It is always BS.
