Got a call today saying there was an urgent matter but no ref#.

i been getting phone calls from this number, it says that is very urgent, provides a ref. # but it changes every time, so it sounds fishy, sound likes a legal office or collection office, they are looking for someone I don't know. but keeps calling every day.
