Told me they from the IRS and I had a warrant for my arrest. Told the idiots them to quit scamming people.

They called me 3 times today told me I had tax fraud used my maiden name and told me if I didn't pay 2460$ today then there would future legal action taken... and that I had a warrant for my arrest... gave me a warrant number and case number and blah blah.... told me to turn my self into the local police station... so I went there and u have no warrant..... but I will fit hut investigate this.... me being married 6 years if I owed taxes they should have taken it out of my return by now.... I think it's a scam.....

same here got 2 calls and when I called backed it was some guy from a foreign country saying if I didn't bay 2K there will be a warrant isuesd for my arrest. I told him it wouldn't b my first time in jail to go ahead and have it issued. lol

I've received 2 phone calls today as well. I didn't answer the calls. An automated voicemail was left, stating that I've committed tax fraud and that I'm hiding from the government.

Left msg that I'm hiding from the government and the local police was coming after me. Well if they are from the government i.e. IRS, and they have my number how am I hiding?

They've called me three times today, none of which I answered, and each time they left a message saying that I was hiding a tax fraud.

I have gotten two calls today from the same number saying that I have tax fraud that Im hiding from the government. But it is a recording not an actual person.

They called me today too. I reported them to the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration.
