Someone from NY, NY called me to tell me that I have won a government grant of $9200.00. His number was 212-223-3333. He referred me to call 202-681-8404 who referred me to go to Money Gram to send them $200.00 before I could be sent the money. Smells like a scam to me.

This is ONE of a NUMBER of Phone Numbers they use to get you to send THEM money..I wish there was some way to stop such practices. The Federal Government needs to intervene to stop them!!..SOmeone do something ...anything at this rate..it is continual and dishonest..

They have been calling me several times a day. So i finally answered. The foreign man asked for Maria. I told him no one by that name was here and he called me a "fucking liar" then hung up. Pretty mad so the next time this person calls i will flip out instead of being nice

They called me, couldn't pronounce my name right at all. I have some real common names. I could tell he said something about $9000+, but could barely recognise what he was saying. I said I don't know what you are even talking about. He hung up!

I think I might have gotten the same call today saying the the government choice my name to receive $9200 and gave me the option to have the "money" deposited into my bank account or Western union or Money gram. She gave me a Confirmation ID number and then a phone number. The number that called was from a Company named Mill Run Tours which I looked up and it's a travel agency in New York City. Scam alert be careful if they give you a call back number 202-681-8404.

Yes! I got these calls tool. BUT I have a question-someone has to be pay8ing for their phone calls, but who? So I try tokeep them on the line as long as I can then just hang up on them.

Called twice today. The federal government has selected me to receive $9,000 ..... I said "thanks, that's wonderful, have a great night" and I hung up. How stupid do they think people are?!?!

We've been receiving several calls a day and when I say "Hello" there's a long pause, and I say to them to not call back. I answered today and a Filipino lady asked if she was talking to "me", and when I asked her what this call was regarding she hung up. SCAM......as this phone number is ALL over the internet for several scams.

A Philippine lady call regarding a grant from the government. Supposedly I've been selected from 17000 people to be the beneficiary of a grant. They gave me this code LZ143 and a phone number to call 2029302236.
