The man call, ask if he talk me by my name when I confirm said "Sorry" and hang up

I had 8 calls from this number in one morning - never leaving a message. And when I tried to call them to tell them to stop calling me, I get put on hold - or ignore as I like to call it after 5 minutes. So far they don't seem to be charging me for anything but I would like to know how to stop their calls. I am on a national no call list for both my land line and cell phone.

I called the number back and it is some ID Watchdog number. I have no idea who or why they are calling as I don't accept 1-800 calls or numbers I don't recognize on my mobile. Each day I have 4 to 8 missed calls from them. Is there a way to block 1800 calls on your mobile?

This same number 3033398088 calls me multiple times a day, but never leaves messages. I am not sure this company isnt a scam. They were charging me for service as well. I tried to go on their website, but it wouldn't allow me to set up a password. I called the customer service number a multitude of times only to be put on hold for more than 20 to 25 minutes each time before I finally hung up. I had to cancel my credit card to get them to stop charging me and now they call and send e mails because they can't process payments.
