I get calls from this number, several times a week. I finally answered today and told her to stop calling. She said she knows me and I replied back stating, "How could you possibly know me, I've never been to CA"? The number comes up as San Jose, CA. She said she loves my voice. It sounds so pretty. WIERD!!!!!!!! I told her I was reporting her to the authorities and she went to say something, as I was hanging up.

Claims to be department of US Treasury. Calls to notify you that you have been approved for federal grant assistance in the amount of $9480. Stated that you can recieve this money via cash in hand, pick up at gas station, or to put on your plastic card.

Fake caller id

They are calling repeatedly from different numbers, but just now called from this one stating they are from the United States Government Grant Service. I have received calls from people with very thick accents everyday this week and I am completely frustrated. I have told them each time to quit calling me and they either hang up right away or laugh at me and then hang up.
