"Heather" from "Card Services" call to notify me that this is my FINAL notification of possible lower interest rates on my credit cards. I pressed 1 to speak to a live person and when this man,"John"(with a very thick heavy Levantine accent), came on the line and I sat there listening to him say'"Hello? Hello? Hello? Anyone there? Hello?", for like 5 minutes then he hung up.

Godless Teleterrorist trying to find some idiot that will answer the phone to an unknown number or worse yet some brainless imbecile that would actually call the number back. You know the type, people that don't have a clue and that actually think the incompetent government and its silly little Do Not Call List actually work.

Just called. Did not answer. Did not recognize number. Will add to block number & do not call list. Then another call came in right after, but showed unknown.

Obvious crooks. They said in a recorded message that they could lower the interest on my credit cards (I have none). They wanted me to press 1 for this or 2 for that. I pressed nothing and they hung up on me. I was waiting for someone to come online. They are idiots waiting to take someone to the cleaners. Don't even answer a call when you see the number 1-440-574-0008 JUST ANOTHER BUNCH OF CROOKS!

Just got a call from this number. Did not answer and they did not leave a message. Just add them to block contact.

If you call the number back you can be placed on a do not call list, that's the only thing they say when you call them
