30 MINUTES TO CALL BACK BEFORE MY ELECTRICITY WOULD BE DISCONNECTED. SAID THEY WERE ONCOR.
Called me and left digital voice message that said they would disconnect power, and would have to pay a balance to avoid disconnection.
SCAM! Called our property demanding a credit card payment impersonating Oncor Electric Services. Googled number and found that a lot of fraud complaints were associated with this account.
