received call on Oct 18 about mid-day-portraying to be with "card services" and could lower my interest rate-wanted all of my card numbers to verify if my accounts were in good standing-new immediately it was fraud-I called all of my banks,credit card co.,credit bureaus and filed fraud alerts with all-beware - called the number that came up on caller id-lady speaking spanish to begin with then a male voice that said his name was dip****-few more lines of spanish with the female and then the recording ended=

These calls have been coming in every other day, and are so annoying. I asked these people to take me off of their list, and she told me that she would not do that. She was very rude. She hung up on me. What can be done about this?

Got a call @ 15:37 today, October 18, 2010, Monday.

Silence on the other end, despite my saying "Hello? Hello?"" After pausing, I said, "I'm hanging up now," & I did.

I called the number and a recording of a woman speaking a foreign language come on and then a mans voice saying "Hello, my name is dipS#!T..."and then nothing. Really Wierd!!

Caller stated she could lower my credit card interest rate. She requested the Customer Service number on the back of my card, the card number and exp date, name, phone number and address and when I requested the Name of the company and a way to verify that this was not a fraudulent call, she told me she would let me speak to "upper management". A man got on the phone and attempted to reassure me, but then hung up on me!

Called just now. Prerecorded message about winning a vacation voucher to Cancun via some local business draw. They couldn't tell me the business, of course. I keep them on the line to yank their chains. Then report them to the national DNC list.
