Robcall about billing but when contact Bell directly, they say account is fine.

Received a call at 10.01 am Nov, 13/15. Did not answer, call from U.S. Why would Bell be calling me from there? Blocked the number.
Caller: 1-866-716-8056
Left a pre-taped message from Bell to call them and enter my 9 digit account number for security issues. Strange as Bell people said it wasn't a Bell number.
