After reading this I just BLOCKED them on my Cell Phone. No more calls from them.

Left no message when I didn't answer the call. They continue to call at all times and days of the week. What can we do to put a stop to this? The collectors are making huge bonuses by harrassing people (see report in Reader's Digest).

859-283-8071 and 866-822-6675 call my house and cell anywhere between 20 to 30 times a day! 95% of the time they don't talk when I answer. On a few occasions that someone is on the other end, they want my personal information. Please people, both these numbers are scams! No company would ask for any personal information because they already have it! If you have concerns with your credit, only call the number on the back of your card! DO NOT GIVE OUT YOUR INFORMATION TO ANYONE WHO CALLS YOU!! Use common sense! If you do happen to be late on credit card bills, trust me the cc companies will not ask you for any information because THEY ALREADY HAVE IT! If your cc company needs to get in touch with you, they will call but they will not ask you for personal info. Why would they? They already know who they are calling. They don't need any of your personal info because they already have it. The only companies that will ask for personal info are the one's that don't have it and want it to use to take everything you have! Those companies are called scammers or Phishers!
For those of you that concern yourself with the comments made that claim the calls to be legitimate? Please... The people that posted those comments work for the scammers or phishers! For you scammers that have actually succeeded with your scam and managed to get away with someone's hard earned money? You should be ashamed of yourself! What goes around, comes around! Hopefully you, or your family will suffer the same or worse fate!
Hopefully my ideas that I recently shared with a certain Organization will work and you will ALL be prosecuted very soon!!! Hope you all enjoy your cellmates!

I have received multiple calls from this number. Never left a message, didn't know who was calling and what they wanted. The name comes up as Unknown. The call came throughout the day begining at 9 a.m. and ending at 9 p.m.

They call about 5 times a day 7 days a week starting at 8am andstopping at 9pm, they never leave a message.

No person online; left no message. Calls begin around 8am, often to 8:30pm...averaging 8-10/day. This is absolute harassment. I am on no-call list on all phones in our house so don't know what is going on.

They called me when I call back they don't identified themselves the recording only says this call will b monitored n the guy that answered doesn't do it either I dint give him the time to ask anything I just hanged up

They call my business cell phone as much as 5 or 6 times a day. When I answer there is never anybody there and after about 30 seconds the line is disconnected. I called them back and they immediatly ask for my account or social security number. I obviously will not give out this type of info over the phone to anybody so they hang up. I have asked them in writing to discontinue calling but they still call and ignore the written request to remove me from their call list. Which makes the in violation of the law here in Ca. I have a Chase account but I have an agreed payment structure with them which I am current with. I guess the next step is for me to file a complaint whit the court system here in Ca.

I called this number back after they called my house 3 times in a 30 minute period. The female who answered the phone said that she was with Chase and she wanted my CC# or SSN to look me up in her "system". I told her that I would give her my NAME but no other information. She insisited that I give her my private information so I told her that I would be hanging up with her and calling the number on the back of my card. She informed me that they would ask for the same info. I know that isn't true so I just hung up and called the number on my card. They informed me that this is a SCAM to gain your personal information. There was no reason for Chase to call me and they NEVER asked me for my cc# OR my SSN. They looked me up by my name. Be careful! Identity theft is out there.
